Delivery is via Registered post and will require a signature on delivery. Please Note: All Registered Post will require a signature on arrival. If not, the parcel will be relocated to your local post office for collection. How long does delivery usually take after payment has been received? As a guide for estimated delivery times, use the following:
- Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane Metro - Up to 2-working days
- Adelaide Metro - Up to 3- working days
- Perth, Darwin Metro - Up to 5- working days
- All other Areas - Up to 5- working days

If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, Perfume Temptation is happy to refund your money. Providing the product is returned to us in its original condition and undamaged, including the outer packaging. Please include a receipt for the cost of returned postage, to claim postage costs. We cannot pay returned postage costs without this receipt. Please note we do not accept C.O.D returns.Please Note all returns need to be authorized by one of our staff before sending back. Please contact sales@perfumetemptation.com.au. Note there are no refunds on change of mind unless authorised and postage costs cannot be refunded in these cases. - Ordering
Following placement of your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation notice at which time a legally binding contract will exist between you the customer and Perfume Temptation. Your order will then be despatched to you. Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to despatch all orders the same day as payment has been confirmed. Any product not available at the time of your order will be sent to you as soon as possible, when received from the supplier.- Payment
Payments must be made in Australian Dollars only, unless otherwise specified, and by one of the following payment methods Credit Cards- Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
